Replacement Policy

 

We, at Brand360, ensure that you get only the best. However, in an unlikely scenario of you needing to replace your ordered product, please read through the replacement policy given below.

 

What you should do, if:

 

YOU RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL IN DAMAGED / TAMPERED / OPEN CONDITION:

 

  1. Please DO NOT sign on the POD (Proof of Delivery) and accept the parcel
  2. In this case, accept the parcel only after checking the contents of the parcel as per the packing list. Also, please mention on the POD – PARCEL RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION
  3. Also, please take a photo of the parcel, and mail us on support@brand360.store and/or call us on the support number mentioned on the website.
  4. If the parcel is not at all in acceptable condition, please return the same. We will ship a fresh shipment immediately (WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS) on receiving your complaint and return parcel.

 

YOU RECEIVE INTACT PACKAGE, BUT DAMAGED PRODUCT:

 

  1. If you have received a product that has been damaged in transit, please take a photo of the product, and mail us on support@brand360.store within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. You may also call us on the Support Phone Number mentioned on the website. In reply, you will receive a Service Ticket No. (In case complaint is delayed, we may not be able to entertain any replacement request)
  2. In your email, please mention your Mobile Number, Personal Details and Order Number for faster processing on your request
  3. On confirming the details, our support team may or may not request you to ship the product back to us. If requested, please ship the product back to the following address:

  4. Please also mail us your courier details so that we ensure that we received your parcel.
  5. On receipt of your parcel, and / or, confirming your details, we will ship back the replacement product WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.
  6. If you have shipped the damaged product back to us, 40 WowCoins per half Kg of parcel weight, will be credited to your Wallet on WowPerks as compensation.
  7. We will close the Service Ticket after you receive the replacement product parcel.

 

YOU RECEIVE A PRODUCT WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT:

 

  1. Please mail us on support@brand360.store within 72 hours of receiving a product with manufacturing defect, with details of the defect, and include a photo if required. You may also call us on the Support Phone Number mentioned on the website. In reply, you will receive a Service Ticket No. (In case complaint is delayed, we may not be able to entertain any replacement request)
  2. In case you have ordered a branded product, you may also lodge a complaint with the brand’s Customer Service number for direct replacement with the brand. We will help you in arranging the replacement.
  3. If you have ordered an unbranded product, Brand360 will arrange the replacement from the concerned merchant. For this, please follow the process as given:
  • Please send the product back to the following address by courier, with full details like Order Number, Service Ticket No. and Partner Details. Please mail us the courier details to ensure we receive your parcel.

  • On receipt of the product, we will examine the case, and ship the replacement product to you WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS.

Cancellation:
– You can cancle your order within 24 hours after your order.
– Refund amount will be credited in your account in 6 to 7 working days.
